Town Museum

The grand half-timbered building, which you meet at the Ritterplan, is the only nobility palace in the town. It was built in 1592 by the ducal chancellor Joachim von Jagemann. It was then called after the later owner's 'Hardenberger Hof'. Today, the Town Museum is holding its exhibitions there.

You should definitely visit this treasure chamber of the pre, early, town and university history, of cultural and art history. Maybe you are interested in the lovely collection of old toys or the old parmacy.Take your time for these excursion of history.
