image author: Apex Göttingen The APEX (lat. target star, peak) was founded in the year 1971 as private initiative to promote art and culture.
Sponsor is the as non-profit acknowledged club pro art e.V., which consists of active and supportive members (currently ca 70).
The work of the APEX concentrates onto relaying contemporary art movement and organises among others music (jazz, world music) and cabaret events.
Since 2005 the APEX is a member in the Arbeitsgemeinschaft deutscher Kunstvereine (AdKV).
